Please note: YOU CAN NOT EMAIL THESE FORMS THROUGH OUR WEBSITE! You may complete the form online, SAVE IT to your computer and then email the completed form as an email attachment from your computer to the indicated department or to the city administrator's office. We will see that the form is processed immediately by the correct department.  You may also print and return your form to or mail it to the correct department at Niles City Hall 333 N. Second St., Ste. 301. Remember - You CANNOT directly submit forms via our website. Please see our Contact page for departmental contact information.

All information must be filled out completely. Any forms that are not filled out completely will be returned and will not be accepted. Any permits that require payment must be paid for at Niles City Hall, 333 N. Second Street Ste. 301 or at the Building Safety Division offices located at 1345 E. Main Street in Niles, Michigan or mail your completed form along with a check or money order payable to the City of Niles to: Attention Building Safety Division or Attention Public Works or Attention City Clerk, etc. at 333 N. Second St., Ste 301 Niles, MI 49120.
