St. Mary's Catholic Church postcard
Built in 1870, this brick church of Italian Gothic architecture boasts a 180 ft. tower with three large bells named after the Archangels: St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael. The campus includes a rectory built in 1897, a school building (present one built in 1953), and a parish center which once housed nuns. The Christian Service Center on the corner of State and Elm operates as a food pantry.
