Overview

The Niles Housing Commission offers Public Housing in the form of apartments and homes for lease. Each home offers its residents a basement, washer/dryer hookup, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Each apartment offers its residents alarm systems, emergency pull cords, spacious closets, electric range, refrigerator, and is cable ready. There is also laundry facilities on site.

Niles, Michigan is located in the southwestern corner of the state near South Bend, Indiana. Niles is on the St. Joseph River and offers its residents access to a park, museum, cultural events, playground, community celebrations and is in the Niles Community School District, which consist of nine schools. Two rail lines also run through Niles, offering residents access to Chicago, Illinois.
