The Niles Housing Commission offers Public Housing in the form of apartments and homes for lease. Each home offers its residents a basement, washer/dryer hookup, and 24 hour emergency maintenance. Each apartment offers its residents alarm systems, emergency pull cords, spacious closets, electric range, refrigerator, and is cable ready. There is also laundry facilities on site.
