TO TURN ON/OFF UTILITIES OR TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN PERSON
The Utilities Department's Customer Service/Billing Office is available between 8 am and 5pm Monday through Friday, except holidays to assist you with adding or removing electrical, water and sewer services and allow you to make a payment in person. Our facility handles walk-ins, drive up payments and a drop box for after-hours use is available. This office accepts cash, check or money order payments only. The office is located at 333 N. Second St, 1st Floor with convenient parking at both the north and south entrances to the lobby. If you have questions regarding your service, your bill or to make a payment stop by our offices or give us a call at 683-4700 ext. 8004.
TO MAKE A UTILITY PAYMENT ELECTRONICALLY
PLEASE NOTE: You can pay your water, electric and sewer bills using your Discover, Visa, MasterCard or American Express Credit/Debit cards and even E-Checks to make an online payment or set up automatic withdrawals through the Point & Pay system. There is a transaction fee of $3.00 for payments made by e-check. Payments made by credit/debit cards incur a transaction fee of 3% of the payment amount, with a minimum of $2.00 fee per payment. In the near future you will also be able to setup ebill and/or auto pay services through our new online provider, Point & Pay.
