Our office is located at 333 N. Second Street on the 1st floor, with convenient parking on both the north and south entrances to the lobby. Office hours are 7:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Thursday and 7:30 am to 11:30 am on Fridays, excluding holidays. We also have a drive up window available during office hours, and a drop box for after-hours use. We accept cash, check, money order or credit and debit cards. If you have questions regarding your service, your bill or wish to make a payment, stop by our offices or give us a call at 683-4700, ext 8004.
TO MAKE A UTILITY PAYMENT ELECTRONICALLY
You can pay your utility bill using your Discover, Visa, Master Card or American Express card, or by check, by calling our new service provider Point & Pay at 888-891-6064, option 1. There is a transaction fee of $3.00 for payments made by e-check, and a transaction fee of 3% of the payment amount for payments made by credit/debit card, with a minimum of $2.00 per transaction. In the near future you will be able to set up e-billing and/or auto pay services through Point & Pay. We hope to have this service available before the end of the year.
PLEASE BE AWARE!! Customers using an on-line payment service NOT affiliated with the City should be aware that payments may not be received by the City prior to the due date, or in time to avoid shut-off of service for non-payment. Due to this, the City recommends using the link below to make an on-line payment directly through our service provider, Point & Pay. This will ensure your payment is received timely.
